The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Service at your own risk, and the administration bears no liability for technical failures, data loss, or deletion of content.

2. Absolute Public Visibility of Content

There is no registration or user accounts on this website. All generated scoby passports and uploaded images are hosted publicly and can be accessed by anyone on the internet via a unique direct link.

You are solely responsible for the content and information you choose to upload or type. We strongly advise NOT uploading photos or text containing real government IDs, faces of individuals (without their consent), bank cards, home addresses, or any other confidential personal data.

The administration of ScobyHub bears no responsibility for how third parties access, copy, share, or misuse the public links to your generated passports.

3. AI Training and Third-Party Data Sharing

By clicking the "Create" button (or any equivalent form submission button), you grant the Service a royalty-free, perpetual right to use the uploaded materials and agree to the following:
